      Stay away from this place! I booked this in February for rappeling in May. I called, emailed and messaged them for literal months for the exact **************** only to be ignored. It wasn't until I told them a week before I was disputing the charge the finally provided it to me. Then they turned around 3 days before the trip & canceled due to thunderstorms (which I looked and they were not calling for). NO refund issued. I leave messages through email and voice, no response. 1 day before, the send a confirmation to confirm the trip they canceled! I respond to that email to ask about the ***************** refund. They say it is in fact canceled and they will refund me, but they still have not refunded any money!
