    IF YOUR A WOMEN IF YOU DONT SPEAK ENGLISH IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT ACCURATE INFORMATION STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE TO EVER CONDUCT BUSINESS. THEY TELL YOU TO CALL BEFORE YOU COME TO JUST LIE TO YOU IN YOUR FACE AND ONE OF THE WORKERS WITH GLASSES INSULT WOMEN LITERALLY SHOVED A WOMEN OUT THE DOOR CAUSE SHE COULDNT SPEAK ENGLISH. I CALLED BEFORE COMING THEY SAID THEY CLOSE AT 5:30 I ARRIVED AT 5. I WAS NEVER ATTENDED CAUSE APPARENTLY THEY CLOSED AT 5 NOT 5:30 LIKE I WAS TOLD ON THE ***** BEFORE I EVEN LEFT AND THE **** AND ****** SAY THEY CLOSE AT 7 PM. ITS NOT OUR FAULT THAT YALL ARE UNDERSTAFFED. ****** IS ALSO UNPROFESSIONAL AND NONE OF THE WORKERS KNOW S*** ABOUT WHWRE THEY WORK AT. THEY ARE DECEITFUL PEOPLE I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WTH THEM NO MATTER HOW CHEAP THE INSURANCE IS. THIS PLACE SHOULDNT EVEN BE IN BUSINESS. I WILL ALSO BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB. NO ONE SHOULD EVER BE TREATED WRONGLY ANS TELLED AT ANS I CAN TELL YOU IT WASNT JUST ME IT WAS ABOUT 10 people that were told to come and were unattended. HORRIBLE PLACE. RATHER PAY EXTRA FOR THE ***** AND CONSISTENT TIMES. IF THE WORKERS ARE SO UNHAPPY THEY SHOULD FOND OTHER JOBS AND *********** A** NEED TO BE IN THE OFFICE CAUSE YOUR WORKERS ARE HORRIBLE. ANYWAY STAY AWAY

    I had an absolutely terrible experience with ****'s Insurance. The customer service was beyond terrible, and it's clear that they have no regard for their customers. The worst part was that they sold me insurance without the ability to print out proof, which caused me to have to get a refund. Not only did I have to go through the hassle of getting a refund, but I also had to pay hundreds of dollars in fees because my car wasn't insured during that time.To make matters worse, when I reached out to the customer service department, I was completely mistreated. I was told I was being too loud and dismissed by a low-level employee. The manager, *******, was no better. She was rude and operated like a child. She did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation and told me good luck getting a refund.When I asked about getting my money back, ******* said my insurance was not through ****'s and that I would not be able to get my money back. It was clear that she had no interest in helping me and was only interested in getting me off the phone as quickly as possible.Overall, I would not recommend ****'s Insurance to anyone. The terrible customer service, lack of ability to print out proof of insurance, and unwillingness to help when something goes wrong make them a terrible choice for insurance. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
