    I have been trying for almost the last 2 years to settle my brothers estate. I will try to make this brief. my brother ********************************* died on 02/05/ 2021. my father set up a trust fund in his name. All of his immediate family have passed so my brother and I are the only family that are left. My brother and I filled out all of the necessary paperwork to retrieve said money from the trust fund sometimes having to submit said paperwork twice. I was then told I needed to get bonded and spent almost 400 dollars getting bonded. My brother and I have spent countless hours on the phone with the Knights Of Columbus but nobody there seems to have a clue what is going on. so we spent more money and had to hire a attorney to get some answers to know *****. more money wasted!!!!!!!!!!. I guess the only thing left to do is a lawsuit which will cost us more money... the sad thing among many is my brother has over ****** dollars invested with this company that my father provided for him and I have encouraged him to remove it no matter the penalty. in a sidenote if anybody out there is reading this do not deal with this company it's in my 63 years the absolute worst company i have ever had to deal with................
