    On January 13th I made a deposit of $150.00 to reserve a birthday party for my 6 year old daughter which would be on January 27th. On January 26th someone from the establishment called me but as I couldn't talk on the phone I went there after working all day, after identifying myself and saying that I had booked a birthday party for the next day at 5:30pm, and then they told me that there wouldn't be any party, I was surprised and said: but I paid, I came here last Saturday and paid!They promptly told me that the person who received my payment no longer worked there, and an exhaustive discussion began until the police arrived because they kept saying that they were not responsible for my payment, which I had made there at the establishment itself, So I filed a report with the police, it was very exhausting to the point that I lost a night's sleep and thought about how I would have to explain to a child the day before the party that it wouldn't be possible to have a birthday party, and right after they were ready to solve the problem if I paid some extra amount.I paid the extra amount on the day of the party and even then I didn't get a quality service, there was a lot of confusion when the guests arrived, anyway.

    Purchased the deluxe package for my sons party they were very unorganized and very rude one of the party staff tryed to act as she was going to assault me called people and telling me I’m lucky she is at work and when her people pulled up was pointing at me and saying she is right their as they waited out side for me to come out i recorded everything this is horrible that my kids witnessed this they never had the parade nothing I spoke to the manager on shift and he did nothing I will go up and above for justice I paid over 400 to be treated in a horrible ghetto manner my name is Kathlee I will reach out to the local authorities and what ever else that’s needed my contact is ********** not just letting this situation go in peace if I have to send this to the local news I will do so
