    AtHome *********************************************** is an amazing company that I highly recommend. From start to finish, *** and his Team displayed exceptional professionalism and knowledge of their product. They have fantastic hardwood floors selection and extensive knowledge. Thank you so much for the unbelievable price and a project done in no time. ***, ***** and their crew, who was so talented and professional flooring installers, were the best. I definitely recommend them to my family and friends for such a great job. I rate them A++++ and I could not be happier.

    I dont even want to give this place a star. The owner is rude, and unprofessional. I scheduled my free at home estimate for my boyfriends ********** were not home when they arrived, instead of contacting me personally they let my boyfriends brother sign the contract (drunk & hes bipolar) so I tried canceling the ************** trying to charge me over 600$ for no work, they didnt explain anything to him, took 300$ and they didnt contact the lease holder.

    Thats untrue what your saying and a complete lie .if anyone reads your reviews and believes it then I do not know what to say . Your brother as you state was not drunk not showed signs of any issues. He ordered the floor wrote a check and acted like every other customer . The issue became an issue only when you stated you hit financial hardships after you set up the installation of the floor . At this time we told you per the contract we ordered the material you are now responsible for it . Then and only then this story about a person being drunk and bi polar came up . We did not take you to court as we could have and let it be . We can not order material that you set upper installation and then have it sit in our warehouse and wait for someone to finally pick that style and color because you now do not want it. That is unfair to us and creates an expenses that becomes a burden

    HORRIBLE QUALITY OF FLOORS THAT WERE INSTALLED AT MY OFFICE. AFTER 6 MONTHS THEY STARTED LIFTING AND CHIPPING. I CALLED NUMBEROUS TIMES AND THEY WOULD SAY THAT THEY WERE COMING AND NOTHING...A NO SHOW. AFTER 1.5YRS OF CALLING THEM, I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO PLACE AN ONLINE REVIEW.DO NOT USE THEM. ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY THERE'S NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTERWARDS.

    Unfortunately ***** like ot fabricate things. ***** forgets to state she has three other offices and we have done all three offciesin the same material . ***** was told they are not to use chairs with wheels unless they put plastic pads under them . I expressed to here from the beginning as she inserted to buy cheap products that if she did not use the right product and the right plastic pads underneath the wheels of the chairs she would ultimately have problems . We have gone back numerous times and every time it's the same result. ***** refuses to spend the extra money to put plastic under the chairs so it does not damage the floors . The other offices are fine and we have also expressed to ***** that this will happen if they do not spend the money to protect the floors . Wheels on vinyl voids the warranty of the flooring which ***** was told numerous times
