    This towing company was sent by the bank for repossession of my vehicle. The wheel lift type truck arrived at my residence around 5am, and dragged my car out of my driveway.
    On the same day, after settling everything with the bank, I received a phone call from the tow company informing me I owed them $850 for their service, and was instructed where and when to pick up my car.
    After paying them, I was given my keys, and I drove out of their lot. Soon after pulling out, I noticed a strange rumbling noise, coming from the vehicle’s rear end. The sound was even louder when I turned the steering wheel.
    As my automotive knowledge is limited, I waited until my husband had a chance to see and hear it for himself, which he did about 32 hours after the time I picked up the car.
    He instantly noticed the car was damaged, and contacted his mechanic. The mechanic informed him that our vehicle could only be towed on a flatbed truck, or on a wheel lift with the use of a dolly on the rear tires. The lack of doing so, would damage the rear differential, and the car would could not be put in neutral.
    I called Surety towing to inform them of the incident, and I was appalled by the audacious, arrogant attitude of the owner.
    Although my car was under his supervision, he told me it was not his problem, and would
    not help me.
    I told him I had surveillance footage of him towing my car with an unfitted tow truck, and he proceeded to make an aggressive, discriminatory comment, insinuating I’m uninformed and illiterate to the matter because I’m a female, before rudely hanging up in my face.
    I ended up with a $1800 bill to fix my car, and numerous missed work days due to their incompetence, and unprofessional way of conducting what they think they can call a business.
    I told him I would seek my rights, and he laughed and told me “good luck”.
    This company doesn’t deserve to be in business, and I feel bad for the people they have harmed, and most likely will continue to harm.

    The owner is very disrespectful repossessed my car by mistake and when I called trying to correct the mistake that was made he refused to let me speak, spoke over me and even hung up the phone. I was told pick *** for vehicles was not allowed after 3 then he told me to come in a 3:30 when I arrived to the address I was given by the owner my car wasnt even there.
