On September 23, 2022, ***************************, owner/operator of Zack of All Trades, LLC, arrived at our home address to separate 4 docks for purposes of sale and delivery to a buyer from Virginia. After **************** worked on separating our docks for 45 minutes he collected $300.00 cash and left our premises. Immediately afterward the buyer from ******* arrived and apprised us that we were missing 50% of the hardware that **************** took apart. We further learned that **************** knowingly and intelligently dropped approximately 20 rubber couplers with shafts to the bottom of our 25' deep lagoon system that leads out to a federal preserve. **************** admitted that he dropped said rubber hardware into our lagoon and told us the following, "it's ********** get over it!" We then had to employ a professional Navy diver to retrieve all 110 pounds of rubber couplers with shafts from the bottom of the lagoon. We also lost our contract for sale on our floating docks. **************** refused to acknowledge or assist in cleaning up the damages that he caused by working on our docks. Let it be noted, **************** solicited us on social media and advertises on his web page that he is an expert on floating dock configuration/separation. **************** has committed an unspeakable act of gross negligence whereby we are still sustaining civil damages to this day as direct result of his gross negligence.
