    I hired JCR & Sons Co to renovate 2 of my bathrooms, ceilings in my kitchen and dining room, and cellar walls and flooring back in August of this year.

    While working on one of my bathroom, I noticed that the tile on the shower wall wasn’t properly installed and they needed to be redone. The owner, Jay apologized and said he wanted to make it right.

    He then stopped returning my calls and texts for a couple weeks. I had to contact his wife to try to get a hold of him. He blamed him getting a new phone and that me didn’t get any of them, which is not likely.

    In any case, once I got ahold of him, he apologized again and said he wanted to make it right. We eventually agreed that I would hire another tile contractor to do the work correctly and that he’d pay for it labor and materials (since I already paid him for the tile work previously). he told me to contact him when the tile was done he would come back and finish up the bathroom and all the other incomplete work in the project. There was a lot of detail work that needed to be done one because his workers had done it poorly. Spackle, sanding and paint errors, etc. he said he’d remediate.

    Once again, he stopped taking my calls, returning voicemails, and texts. My bathroom has been unable to be used since they demoed it back in August. I need his company to complete the work or find an alternative contractor to complete it and pay for it. . He’s also left a lot of tools in my garage Tile cutter, ladders, and more.
