On or about 9/15/22, I brought my car BMV for service the vehicle had problems turning on, they gave me a long list if things they had to fix after paying them over $1,500 and over a month ( I picked up the vehicle on 10/3 and had to sent it back on Oct 14 because the vehicle would not turn on) and they charged me an additional almost 500 dollars, after many excuses up to date, picked it up today Oct 21 and the vehicle was in the same condition I gave it to them, the vehicle is inoperable, I was just able to drive it home before it shut down. This is totally unacceptable, I paid them my hard earned money to have the vehicle returned in the same condition. They did not fix my vehicle, O have no idea what they did, (the mechanic tells me its going to have trouble turning on but it will run) , I have never heard of such a thing. Its upsetting the this business conduct themselves in a manner which I consider reckless and dangerous giving me back my vehicle with a clear and present danger.

I am rejecting this response because:

Unacceptable, I need this explained like I am a 2 year old, I am obviously not a mechanic , I therefore, hire a mechanic because one of my complaints was the vehicle was having problems with start up as well as the fuel gauge not registering, I received my car several weeks later still with the same problem, why would I be told drive your car and see if the problem resolves itself as they stated on their  after spending money for repairs, I ask you what necessary repairs , the car is sitting in lot because it does not start, I was given the vehicle back the same condition and maybe worse.. What was fixed? How dangerous is it to give a car back on the premise Lets hope the problem resolves itself what type of business is this to say this to a customer and more importantly put their lives at risk? Unpaid balance, see the video attached when I received the vehicle and it would not start, how was I supposed to keep giving these people additional money, now I have no car, very unsettling as the danger I was subjected to and at this point I feel I gave my money as a freebie because the end result was I have no vehicle. Why wasnt I informed from day one (1) and given options,  I was then after weeks waiting told my vehicle needed a lot of work , but, instead they put bandaid on it, and hoped for the best, totally appalling. Again, totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

    Regards,
