      I asked specifically on 3 different phone calls if they cleaned the exteriors of the gutters. Each time they confirmed yes they do they gave me an estimate we agreed to it. Then today May 17th 2024 they cancel saying that they were told only to the interiors and cleaning the exteriors would cost an additional cost of nearly 200 dollars. All the while trying to upsell me into power washing my house. They said I'm back on the schedule with the new inflated price with no date as when they clean it. You can see my frustration here.
