    Invoice: ****** Complaint Details: On 11/15/2022 I've when to RAYCO II World. To find what type of wheels they may have in 14 to 15 inch wheels and tires. The owner showed different type of wheels, non to my liking. I told him what I was looking for was reverse mount wheels. Wheels with a offset more than -6mm. He then showed me to two different wheels. So I picked one of them. The ones I picked, in the store where 17 inches. He told me he can get them in 15 inches. I asked specify if they'll be the same wheels but smaller in 15 inches. IT was told to me yes, but these wheels had to be ordered. It will take up to three weeks to arrive. I said that's fine as long as they look just like the ones that were shown but smaller. I was ensure they would be the same but smaller. So I gave a down payment of Thousand USD on 1,919.25 USD purchase. The balance would be paid when the wheels arrive. I had not sign to any agree with RAYCO II WORLD. Only a consumer / customer transaction. I called RAYCO II WORLD a little after a week. Someone told me the wheels were there they came in early. On 11/22/2022 went back to RAYCO II WORLD, to get wheels installed. When I seen the wheels they were not what I asked for. They had the same design, but a (0 offset). I Immediately let them know that's not what I've ask for. I let them know I didn't want them. These wheels and tires never mounted on my car. I told them If they couldn't give me what I asked for why did they lie. The owner reply stating that these are the wheels that fit my car. Then stated the other wheel size won't fit. I reply If you had no wheels, nor can get any as I asked. Then why lie stating you can trying make a sell. I told him I didn't want them and wasn't paying for anything that I didn't want. I asked for a refund of my down payment. He replied stating he wasn't giving me anything. He told me I had to take the wheels that he presented.

    client recieved exactly what waqs offered to him and its all correct as far as fittment based on manufacture recomendation  all client complaints are out of line     wheels and tire are mounted and balance      regardless client has a right of charge back from credit card company which he has done it   at this point all his effort is damaging face of buisness   rayco did not challangr credit card charge back     and client aware of that   at this point its only personal to him   and its for him to answer to his god  with all negative effort trying to put on raycoi   

    after 30 yrs my records  my reviews and history of complains   shows that rayco do clean buisness   client has understnding issueTell us why here...
