  They are terrible. The office is horrendous. The front desk does not answer the phone. Mailboxes are often full, but when you can manage to leave a message it's useless as they do not return calls. I filled out paperwork for records release and was told the person in charge would contact me when they're ready; which would never happen. She was rude, dismissive, and behaved as if she was bothered that I asked her to do something even though it was a simple, routine, and quite easy request. When I was never contacted as promised, I began calling for three weeks, listening to the ring of their unanswered phones. When I did get a staff member to answer, she too was rude and annoyed; possibly the same staff I encountered before. I expressed frustration, but of course she didn't care. No explanations, no apologies. I was told "********" handles records and is also the Manager, but I never spoke to her as she can't apparently get on the phone and handle records or manage appropriately. I called again and again, until the unpleasant agent at the desk finally told me the records were available; but hung up after I stated the handling of this was shameful. Wow. Again, no apology, no explanation, no acceptance of the fact that this is not how operations should run, but instead hung up on. How juvenile and unprofessional. If they can't handle the simplest request, I question how surgeries get done. It's embarassing. Patients should not have to deal with this stupidity to obtain their HIPPA covered records. Sad, pathetic, and a total disgrace to any office let alone a surgical practice. Get yourself together and do what you're getting paid a salary to do, and do not take your misery out on patients. And customer service goes a long way, do your job and maybe with some courtesy. I'd think twice about this place. In addition, the nurse who discharged me provided post op directions completely opposite of the surgeon, which is unacceptable. Go elsewhere.
