    it is now may 2023, and in january and feb saw these drs ****** and ******** as in network, incorrectly billling out of network. to date have had no closure of able to get proper care for my feet pain. the billing *** claims they are working on correcting 4 visits that were billed in error as out of network.something is extremely wrong withthis entire messy ****** and thebilling company they are using. and wiht zero help from the dr. ******

    Patient was seen in our office for treatment. Our billing service submitted claims for these services. The patient, noted in this complaint, has received all the payments from his insurance . We have not been paid anything.

    Our billing company has contacted the insurance company to indicate that the services rendered were in network, and they are awaiting a reply. I was told this could take ***** days. The patient has been told this numerous times. He has the checks from his insurance, not **. We have not tried to bill him. 
    He indicated that while he was pleased with our care, somehow the fact that the insurance issue remains unresolved has incensed him.

    We indicated that we would continue to treat him , but patient has discontinued contact.

    I repeat, the patient has received all payments, and we have not been compensated by him. Highly confusing.

    I am rejecting this response because:this doctor talks all about my incensed but all for the wrong reason.  this  is NOT confusing at all.   I have told him and his billing company NUMEROUS times I am afraid  to continue seeing  this doctor because of this LOUSY billing errors that happened for all 4 visits back in january! 2023 it is now middle May and still not compleet!  more than 90 days.  I am in great pain in my left ankle and bilateral heels and was in the midst  of treatment by this doctor but terrfied of a billig nightmare.  these checks that were sent to me in erro were never considered as my money. I do not know why this man thinks that is some kind of comfort???
