  *************** In ********* **. Moved in on 2/15/2022 and moved out on 1/31/2023. Somehow I signed a lease that was NOT even a year. This was the first ever rental I had so I did not think they would scam me. We signed a lease and in the lease we were told no broken down cars. Cars were broken down all over the place. Trash all over outside the doors. Bikes in front of doors blocking entrance. Loud neighbors and guy upstairs lifting weights dropping them and the walls falling apart from it. Called and complained nothing done. My storage in the basement was ransacked twice and all my things stolen. Dish washer did not work. They worked on it and still did not work. No hot water after one person taking shower. No dogs allowed but barking dogs in several apartments. When asked why was ignored. Washing machines did not work. Nasty water left in them. Drapes were suppose to be white lined while others in the building had towels and blankets hanging up. Again did ask question why some had to follow lease and some did not. Told me my carpet was new and in lease I was told I had to have carpet professional cleaned. The carpet had normal wear and tear and no one had ever had them cleaned as long as I was living there. Anyone that moved out they were removing carpets and replacing them. Lots of drug dealings going on. No assigned parking but when I had company other renters came out screaming that is my parking spot - move your car. Managers were rude and so was maintenance. Someone when I was on vacation tried to break into my place. Told management and they sent over useless maintenance man who did nothing. I was one of several leaving. I had to buy camera for inside my place. I will make sure I leave negative feedback wherever I can to make sure people know what a dump this is. Never was late on rent. *********************** Regional Mgr. *************************** Office Mgr. **** maintenance. Never around and never any help. Only worried about getting paid rent on time. Terrible!

  ******** building in **** ** has bed bugs & want to charge a renter that didn't bring them in. The "Property Manager" ******** ******** is sneaky, & incompetent of doing her job. I have called when **** when I 1st moved in, nothing that I know of was done about her. I've had problem after problem since being ********* turns into a project to even get a bathroom light fixture fixed, let alone the more serious problems. Something needs to be done about her & the 2 older "maintenance guys" because they went out for a part to fix the bathroom light & I had to use a desk lamp as a bathroom light for 3 weeks, with electrical wires exposed & a serious amount of black mold, that is now back again on the wall above my toilet near the ceiling. Leaky pipes, days or night w/o heat in winter, no water or hot water at random times. Something needs to be done about this. The building is a dump. There's rodents in the basement where the laundry is, my dog killed a mouse in my apt months ago, bed bugs spreading from apartments into mine. They want to refer to an addendum in my lease, however they've failed to live up to things we should've recieved listed in the lease as well. I would have never stayed here but since both my **************** are disabled & didn't have the money to leave when we could, we were stuck. Something needs to be done, & until they are people should have full disclosure before moving in.

  Due to the tenant having covid and other illnesses it prolonged the completion of the work orders until the quarantine and other illnesses passed. The black substance issue was just brought to our attention and is currently being addressed. After further inspections of additional apartments, the tenant will not be charged for treatment of bed bugs.
