    Contract **** dated 5/26/2022 states termite from 5/26/2022 5/26/2023 Cost $111.96 Contract **** dated 5/10/21 states Year from 4/2021 4/2022 RZ will not inspect under contract **** until I pay for next year. With this dispute, ** has stated they will not renew for 2023 -2024, which is fine with me Last inspection done 5/12, past contract **** date due to failure of RZ to perform contract. ******** calls made to his phone prior to end of contract **** trying to schedule. When he finally called he said he was having phone issues. This must have lasted for over a week.Contract **** was not received until after 5/26/22 & paid early June.I want a full refund for contract ****

    THIS CUSTOMER DOES NOT GET THE CONTRACT HE OWED FOR 5/2023 TO 5/2024 WHICH PAYMENT IS DUE BEFORE WE GO OUT AND INSPECT AND GIVE THEM ANOTHER 1 YR CONTRACT...THE HOMEOWNER DOES NOT SEEM TO GET THIS IS OUR POLICY AND HE DID NOT WANT TO PAY UNTIL WE CAME OUT WE DONT DO IT THAT WAY SO THE CUSTOMER IS NOW TERMINATED  DUE TO THE **** HE DID NOT WANT TO PAY THEN HE WANTED A DIFFERENT PRICE BUT ALL SAID AND DONE WE DONT OWE HIM ANYTHING SINCE HIS INSPECTION WAS DONE FOR 2022 TO 2023  ENDING AT THE END OF MAY.......NEVER HAD A COMPLAINT AGAINST ME IN 25 YEARS  VERY DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH THANKS HAVE A NICE DAY

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The contract he is refusing to honor runs from 5/26/22 to 5/26/23 (not paid until 6/9/22), His last performed service was 5/12/22 (not 5/26 as he believes) which was for the previous contract. As previously stated, the 5/12/22 service visit for the contract ending 5/10/22, which he scheduled after its expiration. When I tried contracting prior to the 2021 - 2022 ending trying to schedule, I called on 4/21/22 trying to schedule & was told they will call me  before contract ends. When I did not get the call, I tried multiple times to reach him, only getting voicemail. This lasted for several days .On 5/8 I received a call stating he will call  with a scheduled date.  His reasoning for not getting back to me to schedule was that his phone was out of order. Because he performed the 2021 - 2022 late, I had him change the contract date for the 2022 -2023 contract.

    Why would he perform service on 5/12/22 if the contract does not start until 5/26 /22& not paid until after the start date?

    The contract he is refusing to honor states "Renewal from 5/26/22 to 5/26/23". That is the timeframe I am looking to have refunded since he failed to perform his service within the stated contract dates.

    He wants me to pay for a new contract 5/23 - 5/24. Why would I pay for this when the previous contract was NOT honored?

    i am done with this matter again i inspected his property in may 2022 which is good until may 2023 his contract was no longer valid after the 2nd week of may 2023......thats the bottom line i will not reply back to anymore letters from this matter i have been in buisness many years with no complaints and there still is no wrong actions from **  have a nice day
