    Recently reserved a Cadillac Escalade for my sons prom because it was a small group of 7 boys. Shocked and horrified to see what picked them up. It was a banged up, dented, dirty, rusty GMC Yukon. I could deal with it being a Yukon, but not the dents and scratches, and worn out paint. Called the company immediately, and was told the Escalade was having mechanical issues. This was never communicated to me prior to my call, and they told me that this Yukon was a backup vehicle.
    When you are a car/limo service your backup vehicles should be as pristine and beautiful as the initial vehicles. This vehicle should not be part of their fleet-even for a backup. I was told it is difficult to have a backup for 6-7 passengers, and that I needed to be understanding. Initially, I was given a refund for just the difference in cost of the vehicles (which was honestly insulting; $12 each way) and I said that was unacceptable. Finally, I did get more of a refund, but it still was not really acceptable to me. What happened was just unacceptable. Businesses should pride themselves on their "product" as well as their customer satisfaction. This business did neither. Extremely disappointed, and would never use this company ever again, nor would i recommend them in any way. Luckily, a Suburban picked them up from prom instead of the beat up disaster that brought them TO prom.
    Oh and let's not forget how the vehicle completely dropped them off in the wrong spot, and the boys had to hoof it to the correct building which was at least a two minute walk.
