    Facility is filthy, both inside and out. The soap dispensers in the washing machines are covered in mold and most dont drain so stagnant water just sits in them. There is garbage flying all over the place in front of facility. The two older women that work there are both beyond rude, and my hunch is that the *** needs to know what goes on in this business. ***, building and coding and health department all received complaints. Apparently, I have not been the only one to complain.

    Extremely Unclean. Almost every machine is defective. I just had an issue with a washing machine stuck in cycle. After notifying employee on duty, she proceeded to scream that I over filled the machine. The machine was not overfilled. She continued screaming in front of all the other patrons that I was too cheap to use the bigger more expensive machines I pointed to two of the machines she was referring too, showing her I was using two of those exact machines and didnt feel I needed to use another for such a small load. Either way screaming at/ calling a customer names/cheap, in an attempt to embarrass them is unacceptable. She then said there was nothing she can do about it and laughed while walking away. It wasnt until I threatened to call the police is when she found a way to unlock the washer, leaving my clothes half washed, soaking wet. Not an apology or any attempt to make things right. I STOPPED COMING HERE 6 MONTHS AGO BECAUSE OF THIS EXACT ISSUE. I WOULD NEVER COME BACK TO BLUE BUBBLE LAUNDRY IN *********, ** IF SOMEONE PAID ME. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST OF THE WORST. NOW THEY ARE AGGRESSIVE AND THREATENING TO CUSTOMERS?!? NEVER AGAIN
