    Buyer beware! Their refund policy is not disclosed clearly in the store. It is a piece of paper in red lettering under plexiglass with peanut containers on top of the plexiglass. It was not posted near the register/point of sale. Before I purchased a bottle of fire ball in plastic bottle I asked if it came in glass. The salesperson stated that it does not come in a bottle. So, I proceeded to purchase the Fire Ball in a plastic bottle and left the store. Just happen chance I stopped at another liquor, and they had the same brand in a glass bottle. A little over 15 minutes I returned to the store to return the plastic liquor bottle, they refused a refund. I stated I was not aware of the refund and the cashier did not give me a receipt nor did he ask if I wanted a receipt. I did have the purchase on my phone since is used Apple Pay. I spoke with the owner explaining I wanted to return the plastic bottle and I just purchased it and stated the return policy was not clearly posted. He said I can exchange it. I explained this is a gift, I do not drink. I would like a store credit or refund. He said he will not give store credit or refund. He was very nasty and indignant with his response. I will not patron this store again. He should clearly post the no return policy; this would be considered fraud since the sign is not clear and is hidden under plexiglass with peanut containers on top of the plexiglass and not near the cash register and no posting anywhere on the product or at the entrance/exit door.
