    I first contacted NM back in late october early november 2024 to get my 335xi looked at. I told **** what the code I was showing and symptoms. He assured me they could handle transmission work and they fixed similar problems he told me to get it in asap before they got busy. I had it down there that weekend. Drove from 1.5 hours. was told the shop was good. I told him i was planning to go to another shop in ************ I heard was great but he told me they could do it and they were closer. Should have went with my first instinct. Communication was great till I dropped the car off then I was ignored. Didn't want to be a pain but made one attempt to verify they had the car. no response sent another email the following week nothing. **** gets back to me 10 days later saying they will do some diagnostics. lol tells me exactly what I already knew. I ask him what's his plan says he can change fluid filter and mechatronic kit but there is no guarantee or can change transmission for 7k+. I said i'd like to try the cheaper fix first. At this point I know they do not fix or rebuild transmissions just want to swap parts. Another week goes buy says they can smoke test the vehicle for leaks. I ask him to send me a written estimate on the work he will do and if he marks the prices up then laughs and says of course they do. I wanted to know how much. Once again crickets. I called him and told him It's been 5 weeks he's done nothing but hold my car and I want to settle the bill and pick my car up. I pay them ask when did he think he would have got to my car and he says end of January. And he didn't think I had a time frame. I emailed him last week for him to send the diagnostic report which I never got and still hadn't responded. This guy is terrible at customer service and clearly has no mechanic knowledge. I brought my vehicle to another shop on a Friday car was ready on the following Monday. And parts and labor was less. Cars running great no issues or codes. Thanks ****
