    *** ordered twice from this company and never received a product. They sent me tracking and say its shipped but nothing has shipped. They wont respond to my email or pick up when I call.

    I pre-ordered a product on October 6, 2024, which was expected to mail on October. 30. The product never came. I have contacted Ornamentally You and they keep apologizing but have not stated that the product would be delayed, or that they would issue a refund. It shows on *******, that the company posted a *** shipping label on Oct. 25, 2024. but *** has still not received the package as of Nov. 11, 2024. I want a full refund for my yearly subscription.

    Here is a copy of a portion of an email I sent the company on 1/12/24. "I have tried several times to communicate with you, but, so far, you have not responded. I don't understand why, since your website claims "We promise you a forthcoming, friendly, and positive experience for your time. Please contact us with any questions and concerns and we will promptly respond to you."On November 28, 2023, I placed an order with your company for ornaments. When I got them, I was not satisfied with them, so I began emailing you to find out how to return them. I started emailing you on December 9 and you did not respond until December 21. Not what I call "prompt." You gave me an address to return the ornaments and told me in your email that "once we receive it complete and in good condition, we'll refund you for the item cost minus shipping fee." Your website says "Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. If your refund is approved, a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment, within 3 to 6 business days, for the value of the item returned and any applicable taxes associated with the item." I returned the ornaments through **** on December 21, 2023. I included my name and order number with the items. According to the tracking on my **** receipt, you received my package on December 26, 2023 at 2:03 p.m. to the address I was given by you in your email. I have heard nothing from you since!!!! You have not acknowledged that my return was received. You have not given me a refund! I expect a full refund. By the way, you have no shipping costs, since I paid to ship it back myself!I am including my receipt when I purchased the items with the order number on it and the **** receipt. Also, I shipped them back to you in the same box with the same bubble wrap, so they should have been received by you in perfect condition!"The total cost I am seeking is $63.00
