    BEWARE- Get everything in writing- This is a self- serve venue- factor that into your time I had a disappointing experience with this venue. Initially, they asked for a deposit without providing a contract. I had to remind them to send it. During the walkthrough, I was offered photos for free and told I would receive all pictures from the party. However, this did not happen.The venue provides tables and chairs, but you have to assemble and disassemble them yourself, which they did not mention beforehand. I had to send the same information multiple times, indicating poor communication and disorganization among the staff. On the day of the party, they claimed not to have my phone number, despite multiple prior communications and payments.The floors were extremely slippery upon arrival, and I had to bring towels from home to ensure safety while moving things in. Lock-up instructions were sent right as the party ended, adding unnecessary stress as we had to rush to fold tables and stack chairs.The location is beautiful but largely self-serve. After the event, I emailed to get the promised pictures and was told I wasn't entitled to them, despite previous assurances. It seems my daughter's graduation party pictures are being held hostage because the photo booth was supposedly free.Overall, get everything in writing. The staff does not communicate well or keep accurate records. This experience was frustrating and disappointing.

    Hi ****,Thank you for leaving a review. As you may not be familiar with this type of venue, I'd like to clarify that we are a self-service venue, which is new to the area. We are not to be confused with an old-fashioned banquet hall. We provide a modern, beautiful venue space to host any event of your liking. It is customary for our clients to pay the deposit before receiving the contract to secure their date because dates do go fast. You did not need to remind us to send your contract; we advise all clients to allow up to 48 hours to receive the contract.When you arrived for the showing, the Chiavari chairs (included in the premium package) and the round tables were neatly stacked against the wall. This is exactly how you received the venue. According to the contract you signed, the venue must be left in the same conditionchairs and tables stacked. The lockup instructions you received only reiterated the details stated in the contract.Regarding communication, I called and texted you the day before your event, but received no response. Consequently, I emailed you to ensure we had the correct contact information. On the day of your event, I was at the venue before it began and asked if you needed any assistance. You curtly replied that you did not.As for the photo booth, we provided it to you free of charge as part of a promotion. After your event, you inquired about receiving all the photos taken at the booth. I explained that it was a digital photo booth, allowing guests to send images/videos/boomerangs to themselves via email, text, or airdrop. You claimed that an email indicated you would receive all the media. However, because the photo booth was complimentary, sending all media to you was not included. You never provided this email, and later stated that this information was given during your showing, which was not accurate.****, perhaps renting a traditional banquet hall for your next event would be more suitable for your needs. Additionally, I must mention that we have never been spoken to by a client the way you spoke to us. The threats of leaving a bad review if you did not receive your pictures were uncalled for. Your **** and demanding demeanor did not encourage us to bend the rules. Thank you again for your review.
