    I agree with ******************** my bike in for service and stalling issue and backfire 600 bucks later Next day picked up the bike and was still running like c*** The next day left me stranded at work service manager **** was saying the tech took for a test drive and ran fine. I call ********. Had a friend of mines mechanic ***** come out and tell me that if a tech brought it out for a test ride then they would know immediately that there was an ignition problem and my plugs needed to be changed with that service. Very unprofessional of these people to be taking advantage of honest hard working people. Should be ashamed of themselves to want risk riders safety when it comes to servicing a bike what a horrible business these people are running. Beware dont ever take your bike to Locomotion Powersports in ****** NJdishonesty at its finest.

    The Salesperson ******* is the best! totally friendly and knowledgeable! went out of his way to make me feel like he appreciated my business, which was purchasing in full a brand new motorcycle with extra warranties and extra accessory parts and clothing on the day I took the bike home. The parts manager ****** is also the best! always friendly and helpful explaining the parts and willing to call a parts sales rep to get you the best possible prices. The finance manager ******* was very helpful and knowledgeable and made that part of the process pretty painless. The reason that I would NOT recommend Locomotion Powersports(LP) is the ****************** is THE WORST ever. From right after my purchase I felt talked down to, as if they had no patience for my questions which were asked for me to feel safe on my motorcycle. Both the service manager **** and the assistant manager **** spoke in a demeaning manner. I paid for an extra warranty for wheels and tires and purchased new tires at LP and had them installed by LP for which each wheel required over 9 ounces of balance weights which is way above the manufacturers recommended safety level. The tires caused the wheels to go so far out of line that the bike was badly vibrating at 45 miles per hour, so much so that I was afraid to ride it was so uncomfortable (I have just passed ****** miles in just over 3 years so I obviously ride) and they refused to do the work necessary to get the warranty honored. I went to another mechanic and after attempting to true the wheels he put it through insurance (warranty) and both the wheels and tires were covered and replaced. Then recently I called to have the ****** mile service done by LP and the service manager **** said that he "didn't want to do any work on my bike that there always was a problem". In retrospect he did me a favor because I would of been concerned while riding if they had actually performed the work anyhow. Bad business!!!
