    Our company purchased an ink scanner from AT ********************* **** We purchased it on 4/2/24. We contacted the company on 4/30/2024, less than 30 days of purchasing the $3k piece of equipment advising them the the piece of equipment didn't work. We described, per their request in writing, the exact steps we took to operate the unit and they asked us to send the equipment back to them. We used it for approximately 1/2 day and the piece of equipment stopped working. We tried again the following day and again, it did not work so we sent it back to AT ********************* **** A few days went by and I followed up with them and they then told me that as soon as they look at it, they will advise me of what was wrong. ****, General Manager, advised me that the unit worked. I suggested that **** speak with our QC/Production Director. Our QC Director advised **** exactly what happened. **** reached out to me and advised me that he would get back to me regarding the costs that we would have to pay to restock this non-working item at his site. I received an email from ****'s office with a credit minus $449.00 restocking fee. This amount to restock an item is absurd. This is very disappointing. Therefore, I would like to say that I would never recommend AT ********************* **** NOTE: The only reason I would give 1 star is because the customer service associate *** was extremely kind.
