    I wanted to replace 9 windows, and I like to have 3 quotes. The first ****** came to the house, measured and gave me a quote with no explanation or suggestion about anything. I went to ******************** for my second quote. From the beginning there was no sales pressure. **** explained to us the difference between replacement and reconstruction windows. **** showed us OKNA slider windows and explained the EZ-Glide System upgrade of aluminum track and larger ball bearing wheels for no additional charge. For my third quote I went to Window World. I had an opposite interaction. They did explain the difference between replacement and reconstruction windows, but I felt OKNA windows have a better exterior frame design and the EZ-Glide System. Window World was very pushy, called me twice, insisting I allow them to come to the house and measure, making me feel very uncomfortable. I went with Ace, even though their quote was slightly higher. I really appreciate how **** spoke with us without any sales pressure. Several weeks after placing the order with ****, ******* installed all 9 windows. I am extremely happy with my windows. I will use Ace for other home improvements.

    Ace is our go-to for all home repairs and improvements. They did our roof a few years ago, and most recently installed our new garage doors. Each and every person we interact with is professional and friendly. The workers are very knowledgeable and courteous. They are the epitome of what a company should be: customer-focused, responsive and caring.

    It was a seamless process from beginning to end when replacing our broken glass window. From initial estimate to coming out to see the window and then the installation was completely smooth sailing. Highly recommend and competitively priced too.

    We worked with **** and he was great to work with. Answered lots of q's. No hard sell at all. Took the time to explain everything. In a price quote compared to another local company, they were less expensive for the exact same door and installation. Showed up when promised for every appointment. Would recommend!
