In the January 2022, I knew someone who worked for GlobalX VC (GlobalX Ventures LLC) in Manalapan, NJ. I was proposed an offer stating they were accepting investors for an IPO for private equity accounts: ***** ****** and ******. It was said to make a great deal of money once they went public later in the year. As the year went by, I experienced some financial hardship in which closing at least one of these accounts would have been extremely helpful. I was then given the name of the custodian of the account Loren B.  I was in communication with her regarding my issue. She initially wanted to buy my ***** ****** account however I preferred to sell my ****** account. She didn't want to buy that acct from me. Some time had passed and I wasn't able to get her on the phone for a few weeks. After finally getting Loren on the phone, I was then told she can't just close my accounts and return my money. She said the IPO had to be sold in which they were in the process of looking for investors to take over. I was told if she allows me to receive my money back, she would have to offer that option to everyone else. A few months had passed and I called Loren again to be told she would call me once she returned to the office. Each time I called her, she did not have any information for me. I have been calling Loren for the past several months to only receive a barely 1 ring then it goes to her voicemail. She has not returned any of my calls. I called some of the admins I worked with at the beginning of my account setup and some no longer works for this company. *** ********* ***** Company (*****) has my accounts and will not release funds unless I receive notification from her. This company charges yearly admin fees to hold your accounts. I'm beginning to believe I have been scammed. I do not have not received any updates on my investments since joining. If you can help me, that would be greatly appreciated.
