    I was represented by ************************************* on many business and personal accounts. His law firm is Broege, Neumann, ********************************* L.L.C.. I have emailed, left voice mails, etc. requesting ALL my *********** to no response from anyone.

    The client requested his files last Friday 10/28. The files are in off premises storage. They need to be retrieved. We are in the process of obtaining the files and will provide them to the client when available which should be within the next ten days.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    This response is not factual....I had to sue *** Neumann (which was over a year ago) for not completing a real estate transaction in which he was paid, contract to sell was lost and ten a thousands of dollars.  He ultimately settled and at that time we requested my files (Shaver).  I have another property which was to close on 11/1/22 in which has been postponed/pending cancellation because once again he did not complete original transaction(s).  This specific transaction involved 4 properties which now are an issue.  I will be filing another complaint with the BBB to supply all settlement reports(HUD) in which he was paid.  In addition the legal documents from title company, bank and ocean county records department showing he never recorded transactions.

    I am not the lawyer that represented the complainant. I understand he and his father have requested files from **** and 2012. We do not have the files as they are far too old for retention. We are required to maintain and hold the files for 7 years. Both *** Neumann and ***** Neumann have been in communication with the complainants father and are trying to assist in recovering the information. In addition, apparently the transaction he is looking for in **** was not handled by our firm. We have been in contact with the firm who represented them who is trying to assist in retrieving the documents they are requesting. However they also may not have the files since they are so old.
