    I had Sir Grout restore the grout in my bathroom shower and tile, and they were supposed to patch some areas were the grout needed to be repaired. The shower looks absolutely awful and the grout was not repaired (their color seal was just placed over it, and that seems to be washing away). I had the person that originally came out to do the work back to repair it (per their company policy) and he told me he must be blind because he didnt see what I was talking about. I had a manager come yesterday and he said that different tiles react differently and since mine are beveled, the color settled around many of the tiles. He scrubbed and said what I am seeing should fade over time. He also said that he tries to train the guys as best he can, but many come with no experience with tiles. I feel like I was not given the proper information to make my decision to hire this company to do this work. Had I been told that Id get someone with no tile experience, and that my shower would look worse now after the restoration than it did before, I would have hired someone to re-grout my shower instead. I would like a refund so that I can have someone with tile experience come and make my shower look nice again.The original person also caulked around my tub and toilet- and it looks horrendous. I really hope that this company does not put people with no experience out into the field to ruin peoples bathrooms anymore.I was also told ** receive a final invoice to reflect my payment and I never did. My check has been cashed though and now Im stuck with a terrible looking shower.
