    I was shopping at the Wall Shop Rite on Saturday evening, I always shop sales listed on the circular. They were running a 3 Day Super Sale with a couple items I planned on purchasing, They do run out of items, but imagine my surprise when I was told No Rainchecks on those items. I asked to be shown where that was written either in the add or in the store and they could not produce anything in writing, when I approached the manager, he said, 'they were told not to give rainchecks' on that sale. I was annoyed because to me that is False Advertising. Rainchecks are always given on out of stock items unless it is in writing either in the ad, 'limited to store stock only' or there is a written sign at the courtesy counter. Neither was produced. I feel they should be investigated for the reason on no written notice. They do the same thing with no rainchecks on Digital coupons also stating they are manufacture coupons, which I know there is no rainchecks on. I have also argued that because I did not see that in writing anywhere, but this was just a sale, no coupons, etc. I have worked in retail a good part of my life and if there was a discrepancy the store would make it up by offering a replacement or a raincheck. I feel that the nothing in writing is wrong and should be corrected. They offered nothing and I let them know I would be contacting Shop Rite and The Better Business Bureau. Please look into this. If I am wrong, please let me know
