    Went to the franchise for a wheel alignment. Also paid for an oil change and head wipers replaced. Will line. It was never done. Was never shown a print out of the wheel alignment before or afterwards, because they said the printer was not working, but they could’ve showed it to me on the monitor, but they did not. The oil Change was supposed to include the rotation of tires were never done. Was overcharged on my bill and was told it cannot be refunded to my credit card until I complain vehemently to Barry the service representative. Asked him to avoid the bill and he said no, he could not, and then finally he called his boss at home. The Google reviews are fake for this company but if you read the Yale reviews, you will see that they are all negative.
