      I was very pleased from start to finish. Sales person **** was pleasant and very knowledgeable. Floor and carpet installers did a fabulous job and we couldnt be happier! Totally satisfied!!

      We have used Smart Carpet several times over the past 5 years. Each time was a pleasant, stress free experience. Salespeople and installers were very helpful and proficient. Will use them again for any flooring needs.

      We had a wonderful experience working with **** and Smart Carpet. **** worked with us to pick the correct carpet. He was patient with us. Installation went smoothly and quickly. I would highly recommend this company for your flooring needs.

      We love the new ******** Tuftex carpet we chose for our steps! Our sales rep **** was very helpful when it came to picking the right carpet. The installers were great as well. Would highly recommend Smart Carpet!

      ****** was AMAZING. He was kind, courteous and respectful. Additionally he was very helpful answering questions and helping us decide on a carpet. I will definitely be using SmartCarpet again and I will be requesting ******.

      I dont like leaving negative reviews especially with todays economy but, after the incident today while driving I feel the matter needs to be addressed by the company and people need to be careful when driving near one of their vehicles. While driving home the rode I was traveling on changes speed constantly from 50 to 45, changes from 1 to 2 lanes multiple times and has many sharp turns. One of the companies drivers did not like the speed I was traveling and proceeded to go around my vehicle and proceeded to honk and flip me off repeatedly for at least a minute. I let this go at first but approximately 2 to 3 miles up the road I was behind him when he was making a right turn into a parking lot and proceeded to stop in the middle of the road and make it so that I would rear end him while honking and giving me the thumbs down out his window. When he did turn he stopped again in the entrance and continued his antics until I could not see him out my review window. I am very Thankful that I was a smart driver and left the appropriate distance so this would not occur and I had someone traveling with me incase this driver did take it any further. We were both scared that he was going to take it a step further when he pulled into the lot but, thankfully we made it home safe with no further incidents.

      Wow that was an easy process! **** was a great sales person. We picked out our flooring ************ which made a lot of sense and they took it from there. The installers did a great job and left everything clean. We love our new floor!
