    The store, franchise district manager and dunkin donuts corporate have all been notified and no one has made a return call to me to have the issue settled... This location messes up the orders constantly, my wife goes there at least twice a day and if they get the order right three to four days a week without her asking to correct something that's a lot... This specific time that pushed me over the edge... We ordered two coffees which one was not made correctly and our food order was incomplete... We ordered bacon on two wraps and it didn't have the bacon on them, which you pay more for... I received one email from the email I provided and then nothing... No offer to refund the money or what they were going to do to correct these daily issues... So between you and a popular news investigation ***** I'm hoping to get something fixed and just maybe you guys will find many more customers this has happened to... Ignoring an unhappy customer and hoping they go away is not the way to handle things correctly...Thank you,****
