    Had a wonderful experience in 2022 with SJ Gas and Fireplace cleaning my gas unit - cost was approx $250. They even offered a deal, they told me, for customers to have their second yearly cleaning done for around $100. Contacted them for 2023 cleaning and sent text with my info as instructed by owner. 3 days passed and no one contacted me. I reached out by phone and owner apologized. Told me cost would now be $299 and griped about increase in insurance rates as excuse for drastic price increase. He reduced price to $250 after I acknowledged deal they promised last year and pointed out limited scope of work. Date and time were scheduled for cleaning. I took off work. I called morning of the cleaning date to make sure they were coming and was told by the owner oh they never called you? They arent available today. Was also told they would call me that evening to reschedule. Never heard from them. Over 1 week has passed. Very unprofessional, disappointing, poor, unorganized customer service. Serious let-down after first experience went so well.
