      This company will call asking you to purchase their product. When you tell them "no", they send the product anyway and invoice you. They charged us $150 for 3 packs of 12 very cheap pens. The invoice went directly to our ************* and was paid. When they sent us the 2nd $200 invoice for 12 white-outs that they also sent us, we caught it. When we called asking for a refund for the unopened pens, they claimed that they don't do refunds and would give us credit on account. When we pointed out that this was fraud and price gauging and pointed out that we are a law firm, they said that they would reimburse us.

      Clearly a scam. Cornered in a call. Said they wanted to see if I still wanted a catalog. Never received one from them ever. Tried to say I wanted to order stuff even though I did not even state I did. I then asked what their website was, and they said just ****** it you will find it. Just got an email today saying i had an invoice for AA batteries for over 300 bucks. I emailed them and stated not to contact us again and we will not be paying that invoice. They then proceeded to call and be unprofessional. Stating that I was trying to say they were a scam. Haven't gotten any packages yet but they will be returned if I do. They are going by the name Energy Maintenance Supply now. ****** learned on my end. Just hoping to deter anyone else from getting caught in this scam.

      Company (this time name Energy Maintenance Supply, LLC) called and said they would like to send a catalog. No catalog came but we received a case of absorbent pads (which were NEVER ordered) and an outrageous invoice. Box was never opened and was shipped back to them immediately. Do NOT give them your name/address information.

      Beware of this company! They called me and said they were going to send a catalog with discounted items marked. I was asked if we used certain items and that they would mark those items with the discount in the catalog. No catalog was received. I received 12 boxes of of marker and pens and an invoice for ******. This price had over a 50% mark up from what you can get at a well known office supply company. When called I was told I would have to pay to send it back and everything better be in there before they would credit my account. I never set up an account with them.
