To be clear, this problem was spoken about and alternatives were discussed. Due to health issues there has been a lapse in communication which has lead to this complaint. The bathroom itself is in working order and to remedy the issue it is necessary to remove curb capping and replace with longer saddle threshold following making sure that it is fully sealed and grouted properly. The price of the threshold cost us $69 dollars at our supplier and will take 1 worker possibly 3 to 4 hours to remedy. There is still a balance that hasn't been fulfilled of $500 dollars from a project within the home. *********************** is and was a great customer and I feel that in time I can fix once I am cleared to work. I can also offer a 1 time payment of $400 dollars to clear the amount of wages necessary as well as materials needed to complete in the event she can not wait. It was not my intent but due to health reasons I don't have the capabilities as I once did to fulfill this scope of work.
