    This place is a sham and there just out to get your money. Hired them for a loan modification and after 2 years and basically them doing nothing that was asked of them and no communication at all we come to find out that no loan modification was ever even done bc they took it upon themselves to explore a different route that they believed was a better option. We hired them to do one thing and they went and did something completely different without asking our permission or even notifying us. Now we still sit in the same situation we started with and out $12,000 for this Law Firm to basically do absolutely nothing except charge us a outrageous monthly fee. Better off representing yourself. These people are crooks and should have there liscenses revoked to save people even more hardship caused by them.
