    I purchased a used vehicle from them. The day after my temporary tags expired, I reached out asking how my plates would be received and informed them my temporary tags were expired. I was told they'd be mailed to me. I called a few days later to see if I could get an extension on my temp tags and only then is when the sales person finally inquired about the delay in receiving my plates. I asked again about the temp tags and the salesmans response was "you're not going to get pulled over for that. They'll only pull you over if you make an illegal left turn or something." There is a $100 fine for driving with expired tags. I was given two choices for documentation to send in so we could receive the plates, but I visited the dealership to ask if other forms would be acceptable (one of the forms they asked for was only worth 1 point in **'s 6 points of ID and I didn't think it would be sufficient) but the salesman got rude very quickly, raised his voice and kept telling me I needed to go to the *** to get a drivers license, which is not what I was there for. He started reading the text message exchange between us, as if I didn't remember them. I tried to ask again if I could get my tags extended and he said no, then I started reading the law to him and he shouted, "not everything on the internet is true!" My 7 year old was with me and so uncomfortable, she turned away from him. I walked away during the conversation because I clearly wasn't getting anywhere with him and was not going to subject myself to his disrespectful behavior. As I walked away, he mumbled something about walking away being real mature (I tuned him out, so I don't recall his exact words). I called the next day to speak with ****** in the title department and she kindly explained why they were unable to extend my temp tag, but she was very helpful in transferring my old license plates to my new car.

    Sch**ul** service through the app. Arri ** 15 minutes early, but the door is not open. Building is dark. Currently 15 minutes past service time. Live chat just promises help when someone gets in. Been on hold for 20 minutes walking the dealership, phone says they are busy helping other customers.This has not been a great relationship. Sales experience was not a good story, don't bother with their parts department, and they deliver** my vehicle with low rear diff fluid.
