      Mr. ********************** put a new roof on our home at *********************************************** ********* on March 12, 2022.Everything was fine til about June/July 2024 when our back porch roof started leaking. We contacted Mr. ********************** and he came out to our house and did some repair work on roof. About 2-3 weeks later the roof was leaking again and we contacted Mr. ********************** and he came out and did some additional repairs on roof. He mentioned at that time, that there was not enough of a pitch to the roof and that could be causing the water to pool and the roof to leak. We have been in the house for at least 20 years and before he installed a new roof on porch (and entire house) the roof had never leaked.Some time late August/September we contacted him about roof still leaking and new leaks occurring and developing. This time he said the gutter guards we had on the gutters were the problem, so we removed gutter guards. The roof continued to leak. I have pictures of the roof dripping and the numerous leaks.I have called and left numerous messages about the problem and that it needs to be fixed. I have been ignored and received no call backs. It is now February and roof still leaks.Thank you,***** and ***** Main
