    Initially my encounter with ******* was pleasant. I had my worries during the process of getting my wedding regarding the arrival time, and adding designs and fitting but I did get my dress back. The issue I had with my daughtes is the bow was too big and didnt it fit properly the day of my wedding. After expressing all of my issues and concerns with my dresses ******* recommended to fix the dress and preserve them and she will cover the fee. I dropped off my dresses in November 2022 without getting a receipt ( my fault). I had not heard from *******, so I began to reach out mid January 2023 by phone, email, text, social media and was unsuccessful. I was informed by numerous other brides about them not receiving their dress and her not responding. I found out Nidelka ( Maplewood bridal) was no longer located in Maplewood and was at the art factory in ********. I met with her in person. She claims she sent my dresses and they had not arrived yet and would have both of the shipped to my home address and receive them in 3 to 4 weeks. I still have not received anything. She is no longer located in Paterson at the art factory due to poor business and issues with brides. I tried filing a police report and couldnt now I am trying to find other ways to contact her and file a complaint, try to get my dresses back or my money! I would not recommend this bridal place to anyone. I wish I knew better because I would have went elsewhere. If anyone has any information regarding her whereabouts please let me know
