    We reserved the Versus Mobile Gaming Company for our sons birthday party. We paid $50 deposit and received email confirmation. The day of the party5/22/2023they never showed or answered their phones. All attempts to reach the company have not been answered.

    I wasnt aware of this booking at the time.  The Tuesday after the event, I received notice from ****** review that I had received a 1 star review.  Surprised, shocked and with my heart feeling like it dropped to my stomach, I checked to see what was going on.  I swore it was a mistaken company issue as I wasnt aware of this booking and all my previous 56 reviews were all 5 stars as we pride ourselves in great customer services and ensuring our guests have a great time.  The next day I reviewed my company booking site and did notice a missed booking.  I immediately called the client and offered my sincere apologies.  I explained that this had never happened before and that I wasnt sure why this occurred but that I was going to research the matter.  I informed the client that I was going to give them a full refund and to show them that this wasnt how we operate, I offered them a free makeup event with full amenities for free.  The man was very nice and stated he understood things happen and told me he would get back to me.  That same night I processed a refund for their $50 deposit.  I called go daddy to see why this booking never registered and was informed that one of my employees with admin access had disabled notifications. As notifications is linked to the phone and email, we had no idea there was a scheduled event that day.  Again I pride myself in creating a great atmosphere for all of my clients and the fact that this happened has been kicking me everyday since it occurred.  I would still love to give them a free event.  They can keep the negative ****** review and the bbb reporting, my goal is to take this negative feeling off of my conscious.  Feel free googling Versus Mobile Gaming Studio and you will see that this has never occurred before and you can see how we go above and beyond to please our guests.  All I want is for this family to be able to experience the same after the ball was dropped on our end due to technical issues.  Btw, to prevent this from ever occurring, I removed admin access from all employees.  It wasnt maliciously done, as it was an error while updating some prompts on the web page.  Feel free contacting me should you have any questions **************
