    Absolutely terrible. **** the technician has no idea what he's doing. He just wants to help the warranty company and charge the customer as much money as possible. He is not honest with his work. He wouldn't even tell me what the problem is.

    The is the worst company to deal, do not waste your time. Im an American Home Shield customer and they cancelled our appointment without notice.

    I had a very bad experience working with **** and Choice Home Warranty. My air conditioning stopped working on June 19th. ***** came out one week later and told me I needed a new thermostat and a new control panel but it would take two weeks to get them in. He finally came to put them in July 5th.. the air conditioning only work for very short time. When I called to complain I was told that he would be out again and then last night I received a letter saying my claim was not covered because there was dirt in my fan and that was my fault and I broke the contract. It was actually all a big scam as the technician that did come to fix my air conditioner today and it prompt efficient and professional manner told me the control panel had not even been changed. So ***** is very unagreeable to work with and very inflexible with time and hours and also appears to not be truthful. I would not recommend using this company or anything

    I am so sad to hear all these negative reviews because this is a good, professional company. I had many other people come out to repair my heater and after months of not getting the work done properly, this company came out and fixed the problem. I just needed the system cleaned because it was clogged this not lighting up the unit. Meanwhile, I had someone come out and replace the flame sensor, the igniter, and had a tube up and still the unit did not work. The gentleman who came out was knowledgeable and fixed the problem right away. I am grateful for this company, thank you for helping me out

    Came out to fix a furnace that was not working. They said I needed a new furnace and the cost would be $15,000. I called another company and then installed a new thermostat (which was the problem!) *****************
