Mr Venziano replaced my concrete driveway in 2023. The following year I notices some small areas that were cracking and flaking. I did see Mr Venziano in my neighborhood performing work on another home. I told him about the problem and he said he believed it could be epoxy repaired. In late 2024 I called and left him a voicemall to inform him the problem was much worse in more areas of cracking and flaking. He did not return the call. I sent several e mails and he finally replied back on Feb 20, 2025. He acknowledged he was aware of a problem with his concrete supplier which was a breakdown of their powdered cement. He further stated he was working with them to get the answer he needed to properly respond. To date he has not responded back to me and has ignored my e mails relating this this problem/. I have a new driveway that is cracking ands flaking in multiple locations over the driveway. This problem started to surface approx a year after the driveway was layed and has become much worse with time. Based on this trend I expect the driveway to become much worse and at some point unusable. I need to know what Mr Venziano plans to do to help remedy this problem. He first needs to communicate which has fallen off completely.

I was proceeding with the re-grouting (with a specific polymeric sand product) of my front walkway and had employed ***** Venziano to do the work. The estimate was $960. The work was done with the wrong product (which I was told was "defective" and that he would make it right) but after multiple attempts on my part to have him rectify the situation, ***** refused to even contact me. I had another local contractor do the job - and HE told me that ***** told HIM that he was refunding me the $$$. I have more than 50 e-mails with no attempts on *****'s part to "make it right". I can support with e-mails - but he was paid in cash BEFORE I saw that the job was not done correctly. The approximate date of grouting was 3/20/23....I had been trying to schedule it since 9/23.

Thank you for the second opportunity to respond after getting an email from **** *****, we found the BBB paperwork in between a magazine so *************** now.
I was able to reach out to **** ***** after her email and she and I agreed on 2 equal payments upon her and I discussing what was fair after **** ***** offered to reduce the refund based on my time spent on the job.
i am glad she and I were able to be civil and work out a resolution

    Respectfully,

    ************ Venziano
