    Father/Spouse passed at Care One Assisted Living
    Date of Death: 10.02.24
    Paid for October in September.
    Told that it would be signed off on by 10.05.24 by Finance Manager.
    Spoke to Fiance Manager & told that refund would be processed on Date 10.15.24. Due to having to charge to paint & fix Room to have someone else move in. Father was in a wheelchair & in Hospice since 9.30.24. Unable to move Arms or Legs due to Alzheimer's for over 6 Months.
    Told that Finance & Director would sign off by 10.15.24 by Finance Manager.
    Told that refund would be 30-45 Days in receipt. Which would make in the beginning of December 2024 by Finance Manger.
    Told that it was thought to have been mailed by Finance Manager.
    Now Told that it would be the beginning of January 2025 by Finance Manager.
    That is over 60 Days in process not the 30-45 Days .
    Still have not received the over 7900.00 Dollar refund.

    Refusing to return calls, ignore any attempted contact, despite their own internal commitments and agenda. Completely unprofessional with blatant disregard for their patients and potential patients. Lack of skill and expertise, as well as knowledge prescribed and demanded by their position.
