    **** appears professional but lacks experience and work ethic. He caused many small damages around the house during the inspection and has caused a lot of unnecessary strain on the buyer and seller who are trying to close the deal. He is also unwilling to inspect many parts of the house, stating that it is not necessary. He was unfamiliar with a sump pump backup, while many other contractors who came after I closed the house knew exactly what it is. This shows a significant gap in knowledge based on his years of experience. He also allowed his son to do the other half of the work without informing me beforehand. I expected an experienced professional, not a 20-year-old doing a job on a 60-year-old building. Finally, when he sent the report over, there are many areas marked with "SA," despite him having said it was not an issue in person. There are inconsistencies between what he tells you and what he writes.
