    I went to this dealership for service. My bill was approximately $390. I received the service and went to pay and used my debit card and the transaction was approved. They were unable to see the payment on their screen and wanted to swipe my card again. I said no it was approved. They would not release the car to me without swiping it again. I said I just paid and it was approved. They told me to call the bank. I pulled up my acct on my phone and it showed up. My payment was approved. They said it says pend I said yes thats what a bank statement shows. They said they could not release my car. I bought my car at burns in 2020. I have had every service there. I had all services paid. There was nothing to indicate this was a problem. They told me to call the bank and 5 min later the said it went thru. This was humiliating, embarrassing and wrong to a loyal customer. I left the dealership and called corporate and complained. I called burns and ask to speak to the general manager. I left a message and the service advisor called me. I said I asked to speak to the general manager. I receive another call this time from the service manager. I said I want to talk to the general manager and he offered my next service free. I said I would never come to this dealership again. I would never purchase a Honda. This was over 300 dollars that was approved. They wouldnt release my car. Horrible place

    I would never come back to your dealership. Burns is a disgrace. The best thing I can do is to keep sharing my experience at Burns. You should refund my money for the customer service failure that your service manager showed. He never got up to walk over. Instead he sat in an office and said dont release her car. The feedback I received is that I should have called the police and Im sorry that I didnt. You offered my next service free. An oil change. Did you offer to refund my money. No you didnt talk about poor customer service recovery. What you dont realize is how poorly run your dealership is. Someone said are you surprised their name is burns.

    A member of the sales team (***** *******) quoted us a higher monthly payment than offered by the finance company in an effort to give the finance manager (***** *********) the opportunity to "bundle" in other options such as ************** ceramic coating and a warranty at a much higher monthly payment than we should have been paying for the loan. In our case, the scam would have cost us $6,840 over the lifer of the loan. The finance supervisor (***** ******) did restructure the loan once Burns Honda knew they were caught in a scam. However, the finance supervisor never admitted to the fraud.

    Overcharged and services were marked off incorrectly. The service I was provided costs between 800 and up to 2000 anywhere else, I was charged almost 7000 and they don't seem to care at all. They took advantage of my panic/anxiety attack that I'm medicated for with my lack of car knowledge and made it seem like I was getting a great deal. I have got quotes since then for less than half the price but they won't reimburse me.
