    Ordered sheets and company said where delivered. I never got. I think someone might have stole them on the front of my building. Asked for a refund this is the email response I got.Hi ************** do apologize. I am unable to issue a refund.The package delivered...I am sorry if someone stole it. I am not sure if its possible, but can your building maybe put a note on the window to buzz in or something stating "do not leave packages, please buzz in"?I am not sure, but I do apologize.

    ******** advised that the package that was confirmed as delivered to his home address; was stolen from his front door. We use ***** for our carrier and the tracking shows that the package was not delayed. A picture of the delivery was provided. If BBB allowed for file uploads I would provide the backup documentation. While we are truly sorry this customer was a victim of porch pirates, there are alternative methods of receiving packages. i.e. ************** it can be held at the local main ***** Hub to avoid theft. This reviewer is blaming SHEEX for something we cannot control.

    Horrible customer service --defective sheet set which, after following all pre-use instructions put on the bed. When it came to my weekly changer of linens, I took the fitted sheet off and saw that the color had bled all over my new expensive bamboo mattress pad. I have tried every way to resolve this with them cordially. However, 1) they never answer the customer service extension. You always have to leave a message. Of course, never a return call. 2) email -- did several times-- finally there was a **** message asking for proof; they wanted a photo; sent--again, no response. I will not, however, give up; I will receive my justly due full refund.******************

    Absolutely unprofessional company. Not how I would run a ************* spent thousands with them, I wont spend another dime after my text conversation with ****** today.
