    This company advertises a price for plane tickets. You book it and enter your payment information and are given a booking number. Then nothing is done and when you call they always say oh that price has expired and try to charge double for the same tickets.

    On November 24 at approximately 1:30 AM I booked a plane trip from *** ******** to ***** ******* for six people. My total price was $550.00 for the round-trip from December 26 2022 to January 2, 2023. At 11:24 AM the same morning I received a phone call telling me that after I finished and confirmed my payment of the flight , that they could not give me the booking for the price that I agreed on at 1:30AM with them over the Internet , this is false advertising because they told me that the airline did not approve of the price, so why are they advertising that they can give this Price on a booking without knowing if the airline will approve it. I feel thats false advertising and I would like my original price an air line trip be reinstated. The business did not try to accommodate the mistakes they made by advertising this price they just wanted for me to pay $900.00 more for the trip otherwise they will cancel the reservation and they did.     We booked 3 seats on a flight with ***** Airlines through Book Cheap Trips. We got an email confirmation of the booking with itinerary. We got a call this morning from Book Cheap Trips (*************************) saying ***** didn't have anymore promotional seats available. I asked how that could be because I have an email confirmation of the trip from last night? He said that the promotion only had certain amount of seats. There were many seats available when I was purchasing. He gave me the new promotional price which was triple the price that we could not afford. This happened with two other companies online. This is a scam and I don't believe there is a promotion and either this company is getting a good residual to sucker people in or the airlines are scamming people. We desperately needed to get back to ************* for a job interview so our family can be stable again. Scams like this should be illegal. I have never experienced anything like this before. Please take some action against this company and companies like them that are scamming the American people.I couldn't download the whole booking information but I have it in email if you need it.
