On Jan. 7, 2023, I hired this company to exterminate a mouse problem in my home. At that time, I was advised that I had a termite problem also, based on a loose downspout on the side of my house. I was told that the termite job would be $1400, to include digging a trench around the perimeter of the entire house and filling the trench with a chemical. I subsequently decided to have a simpler procedure done involving just inserting stakes, similar to what this company had done for me years ago. I tried calling ***************************, but he didn't answer his phone, and voicemail was full. When they showed up on Jan. 9, 2023, I advised them I wanted the simpler procedure. They left to purchase the stakes. When they returned, they applied approximately 2 stakes on each side of the house and charged me $1400. It didn't take much time to insert the stakes and was clearly less work than trenching.I never received the inspection certificate until I called them. *************************** finally returned Feb. 1, 2023 to provide the certificate. At that time, I informed him I was unhappy with the cost of the job, and felt I was overcharged. **** agreed to cut the bill by 50% and refund me $700. I agreed to this offer. However, I have not received the refund. I have made several calls to ****, but he doesn't answer the phone and his voicemail is full.I am requesting assistance from BBB to resolve this issue,As it turns out, I never had a termite problem. The loose downspout was from water damage.Thank you for your time and consideration.*********************
