      Scheduled pictures with Easter Bunny. Person in charge was training another photographer and was doing a poor job of it. He eventually took over and ended up deleting all the pictures before they printed out. Had to retake all of the poses. When we paid with credit card, this same guy charged us twice but with different amounts. When I brought this to his attention, he said he could not do a refund for the over charge and gave me a number to call. Called the number and it was just an automated loop of options that would not connect me with any operators or live people and did not even have an option for a real customer surface. Will not use these people again.

      I had a horrible experience with this company while booking a Santa visit at a local mall in my area. My son is older and was reluctant to do the photo, so within two hours of booking, I tried to cancel. This apparently is not allowed as they do not allow for cancellations or refunds. The site did not have a checkbox to accept these terms and did not have a disclaimer to state that this is non-refundable. If I had known that, I might not have booked.The response I got from their customer service was I should have checked the ***** like this is an obvious place to check. ******* *. was less than helpful and just basically told me I was out of luck and that I should have checked in the ***** I will NEVER use this company again and if you are thinking of using them, save your money and time. They are great to book with but as soon as you need help, they are useless.

      We went to ****************** to take pictures with Santa. The staff was friendly but the the product they have to offer wasn't good. After taking the pictures we asked to see them on screen. We were told that we cannot see pictures prior to purchasing them. We found that odd however we purchase the package anyway and asked them to give us a certain pose printed and the rest by digital. When we finally got the pictures by email, it wasn't the one we wanted and was told that all the other pictures were deleted. I request a refund because I did not want to deal with it and did not have time to reschedule another photo op. They are refusing to refund me and the only option is to retake the pictures. It was a horrible experience and I do not want to do business with them again. I want a full refund. I found another company that has better options and allows us to review the pictures before purchasing.
