This agency took over as our landlord's property managers and unfortunately, the manager, **** *******, has repeatedly treated myself and my sister (tenants) as second class citizens. Whenever we exercise our basic rights as human beings; ask for clarity regarding matters that frankly they should be more clear about (communication, documents, service request, etc. ) we are spoken to via email/ over the phone in a rude, and disrespectful manner. Ms. **** ******* has repeatedly disregarded our concerns, by either not providing clear feedback, or being belittling with regards to how she communicates matters. I guess since she is the "owner" she doesn't care about treating people with respect or even human decency; I don't know? Why is this behavior allowed. When I read the reviews of other African Americans that have been unlucky to have interacted with her, surprise, surprise, they are encountering the same type of behavior. Again I ask why is this acceptable. I am tired, of being disregarded and treated as if our rights don't matter, as if we have no rights at all! Today, Ms. ******* reached an all time low by hanging up on me because I asked to interrupt her. I asked to interrupt to ask a question. I repeat I asked, not yelled, not screamed, not once have me nor my sister ever been disrespectful toward anyone within their establishment. But yet, with the exception of on time (April 2022) this woman has spoken to us as if we are less than. Why is this okay? She wants us to sign whatever they put in front of us, no questions asked. They provide half information; as a business if you are asking tenants to sign or abide by an agreement, shouldn't that agreement be clearly documented and provided? If you are asking tenants to provide more funds, it should be clearly stated what the additional fees consist of. We shouldn't be addressed with disdain and disrespect because we ask for clarification. Where is the professionalism, the human decency, why is this acceptable?
