      ******** property management company. **** to provide equipment for repairs, leaving students with broken air conditioning for months, during a heatwave+. Charge for electric usage, even to students who are gone for a month or more who had turned off everything that would use power. They take away the safety and security of students by having no one available for emergency assistance after 6 and all day Sunday.

      This company shows no concern for their residents. I live on campus at a university, and after a recent fire, all theyve offered me is an apology. When I reached out to after-hours maintenance for temporary housing, I encountered a filthy space filled with spiders and ants. To make matters worse, I discovered my apartment door left wide open. I'm appalled that this organization is still in operation. Every time Ive emailed them, theyve responded with nothing but apologies. They clearly dont care about their residents. I wish I could give no stars. This organization is a joke.

      this company is nothing but slumlords that will take you for your money and ***************************** doesn't care about resident concerns ******* house sr is a unsafe unsecure and unhealthy place to live in and nothing is not being done or replaced in the apartments etc... and they refuse to give you your deposit back etc...

      Unprofessional they will risk there tenants stability in order to cover up there lack of communication there lack of completing paperwork. They will put section 8 recipients a risk of losing their voucher. Stay away from this management company

      This group doesn't care about their communities. I am very on top of my payments and have never been late yet water and gas are constantly turned off to all residents due to management error and neglect. They gaslight you, they lie to you. The buildings foundation is scary and they don't provide maintenance teams with any resources. SLUMLORDS NOTHING MORE.

      It is very strange when the organization is hiring wrong and not honest people with previous criminal records and let them perform work as a community managers in law income subsidized housing. I cant tell I am admiring of their *************** people, who did so choices. Never accommodation was provided with my disability and minor child in the family. I cant be appreciated for years of real emotional torture from cruel community managers. Even I was receiving mails from this organization with their agreeing to move me from upstairs abusers, it never was done for us in the reality. I hope this place will stay better and stop mistreating downstairs tenants.
